faucets

I am looking for faucets that could run after toilet water was shut off. My children toilet upstairs really needs a new one because it’s already old and I see nasty color around on it. Sometimes, it leaks though it’s a waste of water. We need to conserve water to avoid high bills. Does anyone know where to find a great deal?
