If you have read my previous entry, I talked about my sister problem about her weight gain. I think she decided to enroll in a gym so that she can exercise at her convenient time. She is also taking the ephedra diet pills and other diet products. She said, she is eating healthy meal and snacks now but it is difficult for her not to drink colas.
