best adult acne treatment

Two of my officemates are having a problem of acne. I don’t know why they have serious problem of their skin. I though only teenagers can experience acne but adults too. Both of them have tried different product for acne treatment but none works. I told about the best adult acne treatment but I am not sure if they are interested since they are frustrated from trying different products.
