After I have lost fifteen pounds from working out in the gym, I feel really good and lighter now. For the last two months, I’ve been working hard but I didn’t lose a single pound. They said, the closer I am in my goal weight, it’s is so hard to lose weight. Right now, I am thinking about take the weight gain supplements. I hope that it works then if I lost a few pounds again, I will work on my muscles.
