It seems like my weight loss plan is not going to be good. Yesterday, I ate a lot of bad food and fatty food from Chinese buffet. Having a buffet is hard to say no with foods. Anyway, I workout at least two times a day and I also limit my daily intake of food but once in a while I let myself from eating. I think I need to consider the fat burner in order to help the
burning belly fat quicker. What do you think, is it a good idea?
