social security disability

The government employees in the Philippine are very lucky compare to the private agency because government employees are given the right social security disability. I heard the private sector are cheating of their employees, some employers didn’t submit their employees benefits though the workers are working hard to death but they can’t claim their benefits. I just wish that everyone is equal.
