How to remove dark circles?

Hello guys, how are you doing today? Do you know about how to remove dark circles? I got a problem of my skin, aside from blackhead; I also have dark spots in my skin especially on the left side of my eyes. My sister had suggested applying a night cream but it didn’t go away. I wish I can find the right product for my skin though.
