For the month of October, I have been exercising a lot but I have notice I didn’t lose a single pound. Is there something wrong why I didn’t lose a pound? I am also dieting but on and off. Sometimes, I am good with my diet for one to two days then after then after, I will go back from my usual eating habit. I am so frustrated though I am thinking about taking the best fat burner. I wish I could lose after taking a diet pill. Do you think it work?
