Every morning I go for a walk or bike. Usually I would spend only 30 to 40 minutes on my morning exercise because I don’t have much time. I still have to take a rest for one hour and then that’s the time that I take my shower. At 8:15am I have to leave for work. This had been my routine for many years already and still I cannot lose weight. I watch my diet too. Maybe I’ll try taking the
best fat burner that my friend told me about.
