Chicken Mami

Ingredients:
Cook noodles
Chicken breast
Onion
Chinese white cabbage
Hard-boiled egg
Fried garlic
Fish sauce to flavor
Pepper

Procedure:
1. Add chicken breast to boiling water for 20 minutes or until the meat softens and put in at least full ladle of fish sauce. Include onion and pepper.

2. After 20 minutes separate the chicken. Let it cook down and slice it into thin strip cut.
3. Place the noodle in the chicken broth in about 3-5 minutes.
4. Strain the noodles and place it in a bowl then add the sliced chicken, sliced egg, Chinese white cabbage, onion, and fried garlic.
5. Pour enough chicken broth to the bowl.
