Stress Tea

I have always been a fan of green tea. My day wouldn’t be complete if I would not have even just one sip! But I discovered another tea that’s more suitable for people who usually experience stress, just exactly like me! It is called the lemon grass and ginger tea. A lot of magazine articles quote it as a “stress tea”. And I think I would agree with the idea. The aroma of the tea is the relaxing scent of lemon grass while its taste is the calming taste of ginger. From the nostrils, to the taste buds until the stomach, this tea could really relieve and reenergize one from stress.
