Bread Pudding Part II

At last! My search for my favorite Bread Pudding recipe is now over. And I love to share with other people the recipe that I have gotten from a fellow Filipino who’s love for cooking and good food is the same as mine. Now, here’s the recipe.

Ingredients: 5 cups left over bread

½ cup sugar

1 12 oz. can evaporated milk

1 tbs. vanilla

3 beaten eggs

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9” square pan. In a bowl, stir together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Arrange bread on pan and evenly pour egg mixture over bread. Press to moisten and bake for 40-45 minutes until lightly puffed.
