Yay, it’s almost dinner. What I cooked tonight is adobong manok. This is our all time favorite. My family could eat adobong manok at least 4 times a week. This menu is very easy to prepare. All you need is 1 whole chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, garlic and onions. First, add 2 tablespoon cooking oil, and then fry the garlic and onions. Just wait until the garlic and onions turn to brown. Then put the chicken, soy sauce, black pepper in a pan. Cooking time is about 30 minutes then prepare.
