The Little Prince

Among my book collections is “The Little Prince”. It’s a wonderful book written by Antoine de Saint-Exupery. The story was narrated by a pilot who must repair his airplane or else he would have perished on the Sahara Desert . While the pilot had been isolated, a little prince from a tiny planet becomes his friend. As the prince talks about his experiences, the pilot discovered truths for his own life. He learned that friendship creates responsibility. He also began to understand that the real essentials are things that are invisible. In the end the little prince had returned to his planet, and the pilot’s life had never been the same. For him, the stars sometimes sounded like millions of bells. At other times, the bells became tears. But to understand all this, you must first read the book.
