Pedal Power

Due to the increase of gasoline and fuel products in the world market, a lot of people nowadays opt to use non-fuel vehicles such as bicycles, in reaching their destination.. But do you know that aside from saving fuel, one also gets a lot of benefit from biking?! Biking is a very good cardio-vascular exercise for all people of all ages. It helps us burn extra calories and fats for us to stay fit and healthy. It also keeps our bones, joints and muscles strong! As long as you feel that your body can still do it, biking could still be a very good treat for your health.
